Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional costs or changes to the delivery schedule.

Any significant changes to the project scope should be mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, content, credentials, approvals, and other resources reasonably required for us to perform the services.

Clients are also responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring that supplied content and materials do not infringe third-party rights
  • Providing timely feedback and decisions

  • Keeping confidential credentials and account information secure

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or other client-side dependencies may affect project timelines.

6. Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Crossover Nepal retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, processes, methodologies, templates, and reusable components.

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable client agreement and payment terms.

Clients must not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or commercially exploit Crossover Nepal's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

Third-party software, libraries, frameworks, fonts, images, APIs, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

8. Confidentiality

Both Crossover Nepal and its clients may receive confidential or proprietary information during the course of a business relationship.

Each party agrees to take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate purposes related to the business relationship.

Confidentiality obligations may also be governed by a separate non-disclosure agreement or contract where applicable.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, payment processors, software libraries, cloud services, or other external technologies.

Crossover Nepal does not control the availability, security, pricing, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

Where a project depends on a third-party service, changes, interruptions, limitations, or failures of that service may affect the project or its functionality.
